This app requires Adobe AIR 3.0 to be installed on your system. Adobe AIR is Adobe runtime similar to JVM for Java. If you have Flash Player installed you should see "INSTALL NOW" button in box (Web Install). Alternatively you can manually download and install by first Adobe AIR and then PMTV.air.
